Q: How do you ship the orders?
A: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days using either USPS first class or priority mail service with delivery confirmation. If there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping to a faster service and/or add insurance?
A: Yes of course. Please contact us upon your order and let us know how you would like your package to be shipped. email@example.com We will then send you an additional invoice for the added cost. Once the balance payment is cleared, your package will be shipped.
Q: If I'm in Los Angeles, can I pick up the items and avoid shipping costs?
A: At this time our studio is only open for clients requesting custom orders. All online orders are only available to ship.
